Always fascinated by human interaction, technologies and the user experience, Gabrielle has been working in the web industry since 2006. A partner at Ergoweb, she is an accomplished, sought-after professional in her field.
She conducts user research and ergonomic evaluation projects for a variety of major clients, such as Videotron, Hydro-Québec, Canoe, Transcontinental Media and Bell Canada. She has acquired solid expertise in usability testing conducted in a lab, in the field or remotely.
Gifted with astute observation skills, Gabrielle is also a UX evaluator and highly meticulous interface analyst. A calm and seasoned interviewer and talented moderator, she knows how to put the users she’s working with at ease, allowing them to express themselves without influencing their statements. She is comfortable in both English and French.
Some of her most recent projects include various user experience studies conducted for Manulife, Jean Coutu, Facebook, BIXI, Téo Taxi, Université de Sherbrooke and the Business Development Bank of Canada.
Gabrielle actively volunteers as a member of the organizing committee for the « Tout le monde UX » conference.
Gabrielle holds a master’s degree in Multimedia Design from Université Laval.
